Barcelona has a fun street art scene. From murals to graffiti, the Barcelona street art scene is constantly evolving. I found it interesting that there is not much graffiti here. It exists of course, but you see more street art or murals. here is my collection between 2020 to 2024.
I was surprised there is a code of honor among the artists. Very rarely will somebody paint over or tag Street Art.

2020 Barcelona like the rest of the world was mostly indoors
I went out a few times and caught some rare photos of places that were empty.
El Pont del Bisbe – The Bishops Bridge
Legend has it that anyone who walks backward under the bridge while looking at the skull carved into its underside will have their wish granted.
Originally a dry riverbed, it was transformed into a bustling street in the 18th century. The name “Ramblas” is derived from the Arabic word “ramla,” meaning sandy riverbed.

Its construction began in 1298 and was completed in the 15th century
It has been a central point of the city since Roman times when it was the site of the Roman Forum. The square is named after the Church of Sant Jaume, which once stood there.
