Meet the founder
I’m an American living in Barcelona, helping international buyers and renters find a home that fits their lives.
Moving countries gave me firsthand experience of navigating unfamiliar systems. My background in project management shapes how I help today: organizing the search, following up on questions and explaining the choices clearly. You work directly with me throughout our agreed engagement.

The experience behind BHH
My career has included real estate in the United States, project management and teaching business and economics in China. In Barcelona, those experiences came together in a business built around helping people make an important move with clearer information.
Project management
More than twenty years in project management taught me to organize competing priorities, budgets and deadlines. In a property search, that means following up on open questions and coordinating the next steps with clients and the professionals involved.
International experience
Teaching in China and building a life abroad taught me how much context matters. I explain the process in plain English, make room for questions and recognize that what feels routine locally may be completely new to someone arriving.

Working with me
I get to know your priorities and lead the agreed search. You have a consistent contact who understands the background to your decisions.
We establish the brief, budget and timing, then keep track of suitable options and unanswered questions. When other professionals are involved, I help coordinate the property-related next steps.
If the budget and expectations do not match, I will explain where we need flexibility. If a property raises concerns, we examine them before you commit—even when the apartment looks appealing.
We agree the scope and fees before starting. Legal, tax, mortgage and technical questions go to the relevant qualified professionals.

Away from the property search
Outside work, I enjoy cooking food from around the world, playing the piano and continuing to improve my Spanish. I have also run my own pizza restaurant here. Those parts of life matter to me, just as your interests and routines matter when we look for your home.
